There are 8 free parking spots located directly behind the hotel.
There is a municipal lot located next to the hotel that requires a parking pass M-F 7am-5pm. We have a limited number of passes available at the front desk. There is a $30 fee if the pass is not returned at the time of the guest’s departure.
There is also an abundance of street parking. Please be aware of any signage/information indicating ticketing hours or times.

Fresh brewed coffee and tea will be available in our lobby from 8:00am to 9:30am.
In addition, your room will include a selection of breakfast items including oatmeal, instant coffee, and fresh fruits. If you would like any of your in-room coffee or breakfast items replenished, please do not hesitate to text us or ask the host.

The Peeples Bar is open daily from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
The Peeples Bar serves a collection of curated natural wines, craft beers, and classic cocktails.
Guest Happy Hour is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm daily. We offer one complimentary beer or glass of wine for each guest.

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
We have items like rollaway beds, alternative pillows, and refrigerators available upon request.

Horse Gulch Trail System: Located at 8th avenue and 3rd street. Variety of trails for all levels and user types.
Sky Steps: 980 E 6th Avenue. 500+ steps gaining 250 feet of elevation from town to Fort Lewis College.
Colorado Trail: 2639 County Road 204. The in town portion is an easy hike that runs along Junction Creek. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can follow it all the way to Denver!
